Golfing Range

Arizona does not have the same recreation as the Wasatch Front, so we have tried out some new hobbies. Weston has been teaching me how to golf, I was certainly leery at first, but surprisingly has been fun!

Arizona Summer Pastime

We do a lot of swimming at our apartment pool!

New York! New York!

There are only 9 Podiatric Medicine universities in the nation. Every year they have a basketball tournament with all the different schools. This year the New York podiatry school hosted the tournament!! Weston was able to go with Midwestern's team and play!

They took second place overall! They had a huge upset against the New York's first team that sent them to the championship game:)

One of his teammates is from the East Cost and toured them around when they were not playing.

Sisters!! Dinosaurs!!

Cora and I just took a trip out to Utah in May and it was one of my favorites that I can remember! I think Cora was just at the right age to enjoy things and enjoy being around her cousins!

I realized too late that we matched going to the airport, every one asked if I did it on purpose :)

Cousins!!!

The Hogal Zoo had an amazing surprise!!! Dinosaurs!

And the Lakeview Hospital fun run!

There are few places I like more than hospitals and it was so fun to take a tour around! When we came to the Podiatry booth, some of us got a little excited...

So fun to spend time with the people we love the most!

Moving and Shaking

This girl is just getting so big!! She has gained some new mobility and you can see by the look on her face how happy it makes her:)

Thunderbird Peak

Oh happy spring time! This is one of the last hikes before it started to heat up down here. We hiked Thunderbird peak and Cora loves being in her pack.

Headshots

Weston has been filling out applications for clinical rotations and residencies ... It is fun to think about moving on from school to doing rotations. A whole magical new world!!!

It was not fun, however, for Weston to think about taking professional headshots for these applications:) He tried to get me to take them... here are the ones right outside our front door.
(Corduroy cut offs also pictured:)

Then I convinced him to get some done by a friend in our ward who is a real photographer! So nice:)
