Utah Jazz Come to Phoenix

For Christmas I gave Weston tickets to the Utah Jazz vs Phoenix Suns. Oh this turned out to be such a sweet night, like running into an old friend at your new home:)

Cora's First Birthday!

Our sweet Cora turned one!! She really is such a good girl! I can't believe how sweet and fun hearted she is. She is patient with me and makes our family so much better! Happy Birthday Cora Pearl!!

Out of summer hibernation

Oh mercy, the summer in Arizona. We had a fun close of the year, coming out of our hibernation and starting to enjoy the outdoors more.

August Break

Weston had a break from school in August. We flew through California for a wedding and then came to Utah to visit family! Mercy we had a lot of adventuring! 

This trip we were able to visit all of Cora's surviving great grandparents!

Weston and I snuck off one night and played 9 holes at Bountiful Ridge Golf Course. This was my first real game of golf and I was surprised how much fun it was!

Dalton, our brother in law, plays football at Utah State! We were lucky enough to be in town for a "friends and family" scrimmage and game at the Utah State's Stadium!! Hopefully we can continue to find ways to help Cora fall in love with Utah State:)

Do you know the way to San Jose?

One of Weston's dearest friends and fellow podiatry student was married in August!! They had a beautiful California wedding just up the mountains from San Jose. We didn't get many photos, but here we are just before their ceremony. We were soooo glad we got to be there for such a beautiful day!

Family Pictures!

Every year I have made Weston get family pictures. This time we went out of the desert and actually had someone take our photos:) Oh, Cora looks so grown up it just breaks my heart!

Phoenix Zoo

We got a free pass to the Phoenix Zoo from our library! They are always checked out, but I guess the heat has scared people away:) I snatched it up and we went pretty early morning. 

This little monkey sat and talked with Cora, it was funny to see them interact
